The official unlock version of iPhone 3G from Optus. It will display the 'unlock complete page' after upgrading to iPhone 3.0. I reckon this page will display every time you restore the iPhone via iTunes.
Just to share this screen shot of showing - 'Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked' as I previously did it by jailbreaking to unlock.
