This is predictable in F1 after Massa injuries that Ferrari makes this announced of the return of Schumacher. On yesterday evening, Ferrari announced that Michael Schumacher is standing in for the injured Felipe Massa at the forthcoming Grand Prix in Valencia and after until Massa is fit to return.

The next race is the European Grand Prix on Aug 23 in Valencia, Spain.

The 28-year-old Massa was hit in the helmet by a loose part from another car and crashed into a protective tire barrier at 120mph during qualifying Saturday at the Hungarian Grand Prix.

"We have said before that it is possible that Michael Schumacher could return to help us out," said before the official announcement by head of communications Luca Colajanni.

Schumacher’s comeback at the age of 40 and last competed in the sport in 2006 where he finished second to Fernando Alonso in the standings, having secured no less than seven victories to add to his tally of 91 wins.  Schumacher won his first two F1 titles with the Benetton team. He joined Ferrari in 1996 and won five straight from 2000-04.

Michael Schumacher said he is ready and over the next few days will undertake a specific training programme at the end of which confirmation will be given of his participation in the championship with effect from the European Grand Prix on the 23rd of August.

According to a insider, it sounds like a rumours that Yaris will go for Hybrid like the Honda FIT Hybrid. By going Hybrid for Toyota Yaris would be unnecessary, according to the unnamed source.

Today's Toyota Yaris is already a fuel miser. The European variant is currently equipped with a 1.3-litre dual VVT-i engine with start-stop technology allowing the compact runabout to earn an impressive 55.4 mpg combined fuel economy. While dropping a hybrid powerplant into a larger vehicle pays back significantly, the gains realized by building a hybrid Yaris would be negligible.

Toyota's got hybrids mindset in the blood after the success of third-generation Prius. There is a reports mentioned that Toyota is planning to launch a new compact hybrid based on the next-gen Yaris platform and due to go on sale in Japan for 1.5 million yen by 2011. With that target price, it is made possible by a scale-down version of Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive, used in the current Prius and featuring a downsized four-cylinder engine that may make it even more fuel efficient than Prius with 1.8 capacity.

In addition to Toyota production plants in Japan, the report indicates that Toyota may also assemble the compact hybrid in France for the European market. This news comes just weeks after Toyota officially announced its intentions to build a hybrid version of its Auris hatchback in the United Kingdom.

It's expected that the new Yaris-based hybrid will go head-to-head with Honda's recently announced Fit Hybrid.

The programme explores how Singaporean food evolves and gets localised in other countries, and will see its hosts travelling to the United States, England, Japan and India, amongst others.

Fiona will begin filming on August 4 and will be heading to Tokyo and Los Angeles for 10 days.

The show’s producer, Wu Yong Hwa, revealed that Fiona was "vacationing" in Canada right now.

AEG LIVE releases video of Michael Jackson's last rehearsal for his "This is It" tour.

Taken just two days before he died, the final rehearsal video was released late Thursday by AEG. AEG hired to produce the King of Pop's upcoming 50-date tour in Great Britain.The footage shows glimpses of what would have been an elaborately choreographed show as Jackson is seen performing his song "They Don't Care About Us" at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
