Apexi REV / Speed Meter GP - Black Edition

I think i need Apexi RSM for my FD2 to eliminate the speed limiter. From my research, the least cost solution is to get a RSM instead of a piggyback speed cut. This black edition looks better than the normal version which mean to be installed in 'Chin Chong Beng' or 'La La Kia' ride.
What you guys think? Is the black version equally 'beng'?
