Australia Telcos (Optus, Telstra, Three and Vodafone) announce their iPhone 4 plans. They appear to only be offering the iPhone 4 locked on plans but Apple is selling the device outright and unlocked.

Telstra and Optus are first to launch in Australia, both announcing they will open their stores at midnight on this Thursday to allow the first customers to buy their iPhone 4 handsets.
